TODAY IS ARM BLASTER DAY
ONLY 1 SET TODAY, JUST 2 EXERCISES TO DO. REP RANGE WILL BE 100 – 10 REPS OF EACH WITH AS LITTLE REST AS POSSIBLE. IF POSSIBLE, INCREASE WEIGHT AS REPS DECREASE. SO, YOU DO 100 BICEP CURLS FOLLOWED BY 100 TRICEP PRESS DOWNS, THEN 90 OF EACH, 80 OF EACH….UNTIL YOU GET TO 10 REPS OF EACH. INCREASE THE WEIGHT GRADUALLY AS THE REPS BECOME LESS TO KEEP THE WORK RATE HIGH.
